| Deposit to reflect before orders for items will be placed & once the deposit reflects, orders cannot be changed. Order to be paid in full before items will be released. | ||
| 65% cancellation fee on imports and 35% cancellation fee on local items will be charged accordingly. | ||
| Copy of collection/delivery note will be emailed on release of items. | ||
| Should an item be damaged, NL will obtain a replacement for that product. | ||
